This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

  • Login information if and when we introduce user accounts, including username, password (stored in hashed form), and profile preferences.

  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and survey responses.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data such as device model, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, crash reports, performance data, and interaction events (e.g., screens viewed, features used).
  • Approximate location data based on IP address for the website, and precise location data only if you grant permission within the app.
  • Log data including IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and clickstream data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies on the website (see Section 9).

1.3 Information From Third Parties

Some of our Services pull content from third-party providers (for example, Google Places for venue information, and event platforms such as Eventbrite or Ticketmaster). When you use these features, we may receive non-personal information about the places or events displayed. We do not receive your personal account data from these providers unless you explicitly connect such an account.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Process transactions and deliver any paid features.
  • Respond to inquiries, support requests, and service-related communications.
  • Personalize content and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze usage, trends, and performance.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • With your consent, send you updates, promotional communications, or notices about new features. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use third-party vendors to help operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payment processing). These vendors access information only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Third-party APIs. The Services display data from providers such as Google Places and event ticketing platforms. Your interactions with content sourced from these providers may be governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Gold Life LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure providers. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you use the Services at your own risk.
