Gold Life LLC ("Gold Life") builds and operates a family of ventures under the Evolved by GL mark — from skilled trades like tile and flooring to software. This policy describes how and where our people work.


Hybrid by design

Gold Life operates on a hybrid model, because the work itself is hybrid. Skilled-trade and field work — installation, on-site service, and client walkthroughs — happens where our clients are. Design, estimating, software development, and administrative work is handled flexibly, whether from a shared workspace or remotely.

We don't force a single arrangement onto work that naturally takes different shapes. We match the setting to the job.

Flexible time on-site

Time on-site is flexible. There is no fixed number of required office days. How often a team member is on a job site, in a shared workspace, or working remotely is driven by the needs of the project and the client — not by a quota.

Location does not affect pay

An employee's location does not change their pay. We pay for the work and the standard it's held to, not the ZIP code it's done from.

Held to the Gold Standard

Wherever the work happens, it is held to the same measure: the Gold Standard — the quality we would want in our own home. Hybrid flexibility is never an excuse for lower quality, a slower response, or less care. The standard travels with the work.
